There are two steps to starting your membership:
1. Fill out the following Membership Application, which will provide us with the necessary information to qualify you for membership. Upon submitting your application, you'll be directed to a form to set up your monthly membership payments via automatic debit.
2. Once your application is complete, a staff member or volunteer will contact you to learn more about your business and, if necessary, complete your payment.You'll also be set up to manage your business listing in the Colorado Local First directory.
Please note: By filling out this form, you are applying to join the MHBA. If your application is accepted, you agree to pay applicable membership fees, which are due upon acceptance of your application.
