Local Recipe Box: Sazza Spring Salad

Sazza Spring Salad

Sazza Spring Salad - by Sazza

Our Specials at Sazza are inspired by the growing seasons of Colorado. This recipe highlights Spring. Asparagus is one of our first gifts form the soil after the ice and snow have thawed. Therefore, we like to feature this beautiful vegetable during the Spring and pair it with intentional ingredients that really compliment the very best flavors of asparagus. We hope that you truly enjoy this salad. We encourage going the extra mile and source your asparagus locally. Your local purchase will not only enhance your dining experience but help our amazing Colorado farmers as well.
